The treatment fees are a guide to the cost of your treatment. Treatment situations vary greatly from one person to the next and we use our expertise to estimate accordingly. This is also true of dental implants. A standard price per implant does not acknowledge the complexity that can be involved in some cases. We will often phase larger courses of treatment where dental stability is required first, before planning final restorations. Each phase is to be paid in advance of treatment.

It is our aim at Complete Dentistry to provide quality dental care giving all our patients the time and attention they deserve. When you book an appointment with one of our highly qualified clinicians, we reserve their time and all the resources necessary to provide you with the highest standard of care.   Each appointment you book is given a specific timeslot, to allow enough time for the clinician to carry out your treatment to the highest possible standard. Late attendance may mean that the clinician is unable to carry out your appointment in the remaining time. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will confirm with your clinician if there is enough time remaining to carry out your appointment. If they are unable to do so in the remaining time, a late cancellation fee will be applied.

Should you be unable to attend your appointment for any reason we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a time more convenient for you. We ask for a minimum of 2 working days’ notice, to allow us to be able to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Failure to attend an appointment, or to notify us at least 2 full working days in advance means we are unable to offer your appointment to another patient. A failure to attend or late cancellation fee will be applied.

If you are unable to attend due to illness on the day, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 9am, otherwise a charge may be applied.

Deposits policy:   When we book your appointment, we may ask for a deposit or full payment as confirmation of your commitment to attend. This will help streamline your experience at the practice. These deposits are normally fully refundable providing the appropriate notice to cancel is given. Failure to attend or late cancellation, without 2 full working days’ notice, will result in a loss of your deposit.   Full payment must be made in advance to secure appointments for: New patient dental check-up New patient hygiene visit Direct access hygiene appointment     The following appointments require a deposit to secure the appointment. Hygiene therapy appointment Hygiene periodontal treatment appointment

The practice reserves the right to make price alterations and estimates may need to be adjusted after x-ray findings. NHS is not available at this practice. The practice reserves the right to charge if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 2 working days notice or in a circumstance which leaves insufficient time for the appointment to be reallocated. This is charged on time lost.
